Present Your Research & Make Regional Contacts At The 2015 Zone 5 Meeting

Zone 5 SPS Meeting, Wake Forest University - Winston-Salem, NC

I'd like to invite everyone to join other dedicated physics undergraduates from around Zone 5 (NC & SC) for our annual meeting! Students will get an opportunity to showcase their research during a poster session, which is a great chance to introduce yourself (somewhat informally) to the important aspect of presentations in scientific fields.

The meeting will also include time to get to know your peers and build connections around our two states and potentially a speaker (not yet announced). This is a good way to share ideas with students and faculty in the area and gain some experience with conferences.

If you are interested in attending, it can be worth while to make a plan with the rest of your SPS chapter to carpool and split expenses. If you do not have an SPS chapter at your school, don't worry about it! We would still like to see you there.
